@MelonDC Som had a fall three weeks back, some people faced an 11hr wait at the pediatric ER due to RSV cases, also antibiotic shortages *everywhere*, Dr. prescribed amoxycillin and said we might have to drive around to find some.
@sullybiker It is so scary, I feel really bad for parents right now.
What choices do you have? You can't keep a kid locked in their room lol. You can't even keep them home for school as much as last year. If you have your kids mask, other kids may make fun of them.
It's so hard, I hope your kid is OK now. Things need to change pronto for these kids, this is not sustainable or safe at all.
@sullybiker That's crazy. They said in our hospitals adults are also getting multiple viruses.
I feel so bad for the hospital workers, especially here, when there are so many very young new med students in the ER etc. Nurses are doing the brunt of the work, too.
