@blabberlicious @stephenfry I had a real problem with this after some bad pandemic sleep patterns (0200 - 1000 etc) and I try and have an hour's worth of no screens or work. It helps a bit but I still get the frequent waking.
I know I'm in trouble when I dream a lot, and I can recall it.
