My anxiety about work is spiking today.

Last night, out of nowhere, I got a pop up saying I needed to re-enter the password for my work email on my phone. I was worried that they’d disabled my work email because I was fired… but it turns out a cookie or some other token had expired…

But I have a meeting with a higher-up today about how things are going to change after my boss leaves and I’m having a hard time shaking that it might be a “we’re letting you go” meeting…

I’ve been looking to leave anyway but I don’t want to be fired. I want to have something lined up first.

I’m almost certainly overreacting because of my anxiety. *sigh*
