I don't ordinarily get prices; that's for someone else to do; however, occasionally, I may need to email our suppliers myself. With that in mind, I have a distribution group set up cunningly named "Suppliers" I send one email, and everyone gets it.

The individual responsible for getting prices and ordering sends each and every supplier a single email, of which I get a copy of each! 🤦‍♂️
