Wow! I've not seen floppy disks this brittle since some unbranded junk in the 90s. This was a very old, but sealed pack and the corner snapped off! Applying some light force and it just crumbled. All 10 are this bad... but I think I have a use for them!

@quazarsamcoupe Plastic degradation is so interesting. BASF usually the good stuff, too.
@sullybiker They were in their original, sealed box until I opened the pack yesterday.
I go through a lot of old, new stock floppy disks and have not seen such degradation before from sealed packs, despite their age.
