@sullybiker Most definitely all the security services such as Police, Border control, and Intelligence agencies.

UK Rozzers these days rarely get out of their nice warm top-of-the-range BMWs and wait for the general public to dob someone in, so if they have a nice database of your mush, all they need are facial recognition cameras everywhere. They can find you within ten minutes (So long as you're not holed up somewhere.)
