Gotta love the absolute insanity of the US "healthcare" (read profit) system.
Go to urgent care, speak with a nurse for 5 mintues, get vitals taken, they perform a nasal swab to test for flu and covid - the same test I can get for $50 at the drug store. Dr comes in and talks to me for 5 mintues to tell me that I tested postitive for flu and I need to rest and stay hydrated.
Few weeks later get a bill for $629 that my insurance so graciously negotiated down to $286.37.
