one of my valve index lighthouses broke (red LED), and despite it being out of warranty AND secondhand, valve let me RMA and are sending me a new one free no questions asked.
its hard to make a conclusion from this.
i love valve they are good at respecting their customers and i give respect back
but also
this is the bare minimum a corporation should do. why is this the exception? have our expectations sunk so low?
