@Blackgendermoderate In my recent experience - I had only women practitioners pretty much throughout but the oncos were terrifying because I knew what they were saying was wrong. Mine is a type of lymphoma which it seems I don't have anymore! YAY! I had to refuse the evidence-free treatment that I was pretty sure would totally sicken me if not kill me. And they admitted people DIED DURING the treatment!

@LaylaAlexandrovna @Blackgendermoderate I was told early in treatment after I expresed frustration at the course of the process that you have to advocate for yourself, nobody will do it for you. It is the most stressful news you can have at one of the worst times of your life. It is unfortunately, true.
