I saw on Twitter one user saying they didn't want to leave because they had "...built a community here", but this, *this* is the great strength of the Fediverse. You can't be evicted from something you own.
@sullybiker Hang on a minute. No-one has been evicted from Twitter.
@andyc No, they haven't, but it is a case of the Golden Rule, i.e. he who has the gold makes the rules.
@andyc The hard reality is nobody will go, save for a tiny minority. It's always the same. Because honestly, they would have gone already. It's been shit for years.
