0% Some big shot lawyers want to represent him in a suit, maybe against cloudflare for dropping service without notice and hijacking his domain
0% Federal law enforcement (FBI, etc.) is on the DDoS case
0% Someone with a lot of money/power is going to help make sure KF stays online
0% CloudFlare realized they fucked up and jumped the gun, are calling to apologize and restore service
