Sports "journalists" are hysterical and angry and upset that the NFL Colts hired an all-pro all-star who used to play for the team to be an interim head coach, because he hasn't already been an NFL head coach.

It's like entry level jobs requiring years of experience.

Well.. I think they don't like a non "expert" being given the role. Their objections seem similar to requiring peer reviewed studies to have an opinion on science.

@threalist When Jurgen Kiinsmann was the Soccer team coach I had to explain to people exactly who he was, because he didn't have any background they knew. The reporting was terrible. He is a literal legend in Europe and England.
