One of those things I've slowly realized over the course of my adulthood is how hard or impossible it is to do many things without the right tools AND how that's not some kind of personal failure.

This has been a huge thing for me with sewing. Sometimes it's actually using the tool, e.g. pressing while sewing. I have an iron. C'mon Ruth. Sometimes it's just 99% harder to do w/o the right tool
