𝗠𝗲: "Hmm? Well, they should be in the contract, but I bet they aren't. TBH, it is unimportant. Basically, we need to swap the drive out, re-install and take the machine back; we can worry about files on dead drives later."

𝗠𝗲: "You'll see that when we get the machine back here? Give the ticket to me; I'll sort it out [It'll be quicker if I do it by the looks of it!]." πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ
