Good thing that happened last night: I was weeding my yard in the cooler evening air (baby thistles galore) and my grad student neighbor came over the chat and ended up sitting down and helping me tackle them.

It was very nice to have an evening hangout and kind of the vibe of both doing textile handwork except pulling thistles and the escaped lemon balm 😂
