It appears that the #VergeMotorcycles #TSPro began shipping to some lucky folks in Europe this week.

Here's an early review (use Google Translate): efahrer.chip.de/news/verge-ts-

I like the rear hub design and am considering one for 2024 when Verge begins shipping them to the US.

It's been funny to see the armchair engineers on the Internet complain about how difficult rear tire changes must be (it isn't), or how terrible all that unsprung weight must be (no reviews have mentioned any issues here).

It isn't obvious from the photo, but the rear wheel size on this #motorcycle is an enormously wide 240/45 R17 - the same as a #Ducati #Diavel. There aren't many tire options in this size - certainly not mud/snow/gravel.

According to vergemotorcycles.com/us/verge- the rear is using a #Galfer peripheral 14.96-inch rotor, which is not a normal part you can just order either.

@thomrstrom A nice thing about Zero is the parts are usually pretty common. I don't know why it's such a big rear tyre. That's huge.

@sullybiker I think it’s just a requirement of the hubless motor design they are using. Perhaps in an iteration or two they will have it small enough to accept more common tire sizes.
