@tess That's the right way to look at it, for me.

I saw what was basically an infomercial on the news the other night. That should not be possible. I come from the UK and the Beeb for their faults at least have standards they're supposed to follow. It is shocking to me the level of editorialising and blatant commercialism I see on US news.

@sullybiker This is why I think there's a chance for the BBC to survive here.

But they're going to have to pick and choose whether to publish everything or hold back articles by some of their shittier writers.
