If I've learned anything from years of binging #FoodNetwork with @Jillianmarisa, it's that otherwise boring food often just needs some acid.

Early in our relationship we had pickled red onions on a breakfast sandwich and it blew my mind. Now every month or two I whip up a batch. We literally always have them on hand. You should too.
