Following the recent decisions by Ubuntu, I am actively looking for a replacement for my main laptop. And Nomad BSD seems like a good option...

@ParadeGrotesque I didn't mind it at the beginning, but the most visible snap change on 22.04 - Firefox - slowly revealed a lot of issues. Things like the file manager not launching from the downloads menu (an issue on so many snaps don't get me started) I don't mind the concept but it has to work.

@ParadeGrotesque And the amazing fact the software centre update would fail if the software centre application was, er, open.
