@countcol I have some scars like that, including one just above my knee where I cleverly managed to plunge an Xacto knife - lengthwise - fully into my leg. 😂 I'm reminded of an old time race driver who, when people asked him how he got the scar on his chin, was always able to answer that he'd flipped his Bugatti at Le Mans. I can tell you which of us got more admiration from the ladies for his scar story! 😆

@croyle @countcol@mastodonapp.uk I dropped an exacto knife into my hand, luckily missing anything important. That bastard went right in there.

@sullybiker @croyle @countcol I was working on a project that involved non stop exacto knife, and I apparently forgot it wasn't a thing and stretched, yawned, and jammed it into my other hand. But I got to walk around with a middle finger mummy bandage for a while.

@sullybiker @countcol Ouch!!!... Another time I slashed two fingertip pads with an Xacto, so apparently I'm a slow learner. 😅 When it happened I immediately pulled my hand back and spun around in pain, and my blood literally sprayed along the wall... Interesting that I didn't end up with any long-lasting scars from that for some reason.
