It's a wise mantra. In my job we tend to be cautious in our response to customers as we understand the relationship with them. But online in this space and well on the bird site in particular I think people are removed from the impact of their actions and reactions. Bit like road range. So there's no obvious instant consequences as online doesn't feel as real as offline. Whereas online has always felt as real, just the folks aren't physically there.
