@feld Production quotas just aren't being met these days.
@brnrd@bsd.network Often they don't want to ask us for changes. I don't know why, we're very fast. Usually they break something. One person actually deleted the MongoDB user db off the file system then put in a ticket saying it didn't work. Someone else had trouble with http access so simply switched the firewall off completely.
@tsturm It's bad enough that the insurer decides arbitrarily that they're not going to cover it, and there's *nothing* you can do.
