@feld This happened to us with Puppet. They got bought and sacked all the people we were dealing with. We walked away.

@feld I just need to take the plunge. There's also really good recipe support from all the tricky vendor stuff we use like Crowdstrike.

@feld I have a chef test environment. I really like it. Mostly because it seems very well put together. It's the first CM I've tried where everything works pretty much as documented.

@tk @feld It's all so tiresome. Got made redundant many years ago under similar circumstances. BT broke themselves acquiring 3G licenses, to the extend they had to break the corporation up. We all lost our jobs overnight.

@feld I'm sure the pricing will absolutely rocket. It was a bad deal, and the market will now make it worse.

@irongut@mastodon.scot There's been a lot of complaints this season about riders trying to win it on the first lap, but this circuit seems to have a lot of incidents.

The only series where the Sprint - which they borrowed from - is significant to the championship, and works because the tempo and format is very similar to Sunday's race.

these cars, between their weight and the sensitivity to ride height, once they start to wobble, they're just gone. Both Sainz and Hulkenburg having big spins from mild upsets.

Mick Schumacher is joining WEC with Alpine's LMDh entry. This is great news. Endurance gives drivers things no other series does. Mick'll love it I'm sure.

Tried messing around with tap sensitivity within KDE's config, but little helped
