@HebrideanHecate @Flick We have one of these departments. They're constantly hiring and are filled with senior management positions. Basically they hold events; that's all they seem to do.

@jerry It wasn't so bad here in SW PA but people still got extremely dysfunctional about how much water and toilet paper they'd need.

@CatHerder@mstdn.social @bodhipaksa @splattne I've been here 12yrs now and I keep finding little things. Generally, due to film and television, British people are usually aware of the meaning of American differences, but I often find the reverse to be untrue, for whatever reason.

@feld I would be very surprised if the seat actuator circuit was not isolated from the flight control system. I'm guessing it caused a pitch input by physically moving.

@feld It's an anglicism meaning a negative G forward pushover.

Sounds like they had am accidental bunt. This is pretty basic stuff you learn on your first hours.
