Whatever your economic standpoint, if you want to argue large tax rebates and incentives attract employees (and therefore tax payers) you can make the same argument for stimulus of what you have. You don't need and Amazon or other Fortune 500 to find an excuse to pump billlons of dollars into your city.

Finished Engrenages/Spiral series three. It wasn't as good at series two. Someone online said S3 was very Lynda La Plante, and that fits very well.
