Plus they've got the same name as me, surely a good sign.

For fans of HBO's 'Chernobyl' Anatoly Dyatlov has become incredible meme fodder, but what's his side of the story? He was highly educated, and no fool. Here's an article he wrote in 1991: [pdf]

I'm really enjoying the new Tycho tracks I've heard so far.

OpenSSH on WIndows 10 1803 is huge step forward if you support multiple platforms in Linux land. SSH is such a pain in Windows, at least now there is similar capability to an out-of-the-box Mac. No screwing about with SSH2 formats either.

SEO has absolutely stuffed looking for Windows topics, there's so much shit ranked above MS source material. Some of it's good, most of it is not.

It is getting that way for Linux too. That being said VPS guides are very well written. Amazing what happens when you incentivise documentation. I should try that. Maybe I could pay myself in ice cream or something.

I've noticed an interesting trend with online reviews (Google Play, IMDB) to review things that aren't released yet. They're based on trailers or single releases. The reviews are under films and albums.

What sort of person does this?

It is humid outside. Very humid. The storm will probably arrive when it's time to go home.

The other thing I'd add is stewards should consider the big picture with these kinds of decisions. It would have been preferable to leave them to it.

Absolutely amazing tantrum from Vettel there. I don't think his penalty was deserved, but he did make an unforced error.

I'm not sure what it is about it but I have a continuing strong dislike of the birdsite swiftonsecurity thing. They're very in love with themselves.

I can't wait for the subs release of this. Great show.

...Like the gym (which I hope I can return to soon, I don't think it will be long) I was struck by the fact that truly fit people don't always look how you think. They don't have a lot of muscle and they're not necessarily lean either.

I watched a bike commuter take on an absolute bastard of a hill I drive up from work every day. She was wearing casual work clothes and I watched her pull up behind me at the lights. Not a hint of sweat or exertion. I was incredibly impressed. I don't think I have ever been near that fit.

A friend pointed out to me Paul Darrow had died; he played Kerr Avon in Blake's 7. This took me down a bit of a rabbit hole of watching random episodes I'd remember.

The writing was so good on that show you soon looked past the the 70s TV baggage.
