Using the Wazuh (formerly OSSEC) module in Puppet. Has the most breakage of any module I have worked with. I may just give up it is so frustrating. I like the reporting, but not that much. #sysadmin
It will do for now. i may pop a cheap 2.5" ssd in there, it is just one screw and it slides out which seems like a dream nowadays.
The replacement battery holds a charge and so far it is a very usable computer. 4GB is not quite enough for a desktop environment & browser, which is profoundly daft but the main bottleneck remains storage. One forgets how glacially slow 5200 rpm drives are.

Went to the North Shore to have a look at LST-325 on its seasonal visit along the river. Wanted to get onboard but queues were crazy. It's a lot bigger than I'd imagined. they look compact on all the old wartime photos. Backlit, but what can you do. #photography
