Interesting to spot something on Street View (taking a virtual stroll around some London streets) which encapsulates a lot of feelings I have about big cities and the sort of cultural pot they create. 9yrs ago, I think coming home from work. I remember it being bitingly cold. On my old HTC phone which took pretty nice photos. This view is no longer possible - the new building is on these grounds.

I don't know if this is true or not, but it's definitely a mood.

The cable car up to Kasprowy Wierch. It was not so cold on this occasion; the following year it was brutal (-20C/-4F) and going out was not so enjoyable.

The view out of the back of the guest house. There was a German Shepherd in the outhouse at the back, which for most of the week I believed wanted to eat me, but on the last day we became friends when she realised I offered pats.

Throwback to Xmas 2008 which I spent in Poland. This was the taxi to the guest house. I loved that place. Hot beer (Truly the Poles are mad) and hospitality.
