@lain I use it at work and have very much got used to its foibles.
@bot@seal.cafe @lain There's little good reason an alt-tab should not produce a working, focused window.
@lain You also cannot drag an application window to a monitor with something running full screen. These aren't huge problems, but they're weird little "why can't I?" moments.
@nyquildotorg I quite like Safari's integration with the OS, a bit like Edge and Windows - it has some advantages. Firefox has always been a Linux stalwart for me. I use little else.
@OutOnTheMoors I also like doing this
@checkervest Cruel to the green one, are you
@lain You have to - for whatever reason - go all the way to the dock and select it from there. Alt-tab won't work.
@lain Mac does some weird stuff. Want to switch to another window while your application is full screen? Have fun.

@VD15 I almost can't believe it, but I have been away a long time.
@Flick What was worse is they did *nothing* to dispel it.
@Flick I started to become aware around 2007 of this weird science groupie-ism (for want of a better word) that started happening around people like Dawkins. They became celebrities and people forgot science is a method, not a belief system.
@Flick He was ahead of his time.
Today in 1712, 311 years ago: War of the Spanish Succession: The French under Marshal Villars win a decisive victory over Eugene of Savoy at Denain.
@teresamacedo They came a long way from the doom and gloom of Bahrain.
